John Montelepre, Jr:
Owner and longtime restaurateur
is the former owner of the locally acclaimed Leon’s Barbecue in Shreveport. There was a passing thought after 30 years in the business of retirement, yet his love for the culinary arts shared by his son led him back to what he knows and does best. He opened 2Johns Steak & Seafood as a fine dining restaurant in Bossier City and now one year later is expanding to accommodate a growing number of fans.

John Montelepre,III:
Sous Chef
with the family passion for the preparation and presentation of fine dining cuisine. John graduated from Louisiana Tech University and was most recently a Pastry Chef at Superior Steakhouse in Shreveport. He, like his father, shares a love of culinary arts and is an integral part of the fine dishes prepared and served at 2Johns Steak & Seafood.

Joshua Wilkinson:
Executive Chef
who trained at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona and is Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School certified, is a veteran of Café’ Citron, Squire Creek Country Club, and most recently as Executive Chef at Superior Steakhouse.

Stacie Provost:
Lead Server / Floor Supervisor
is responsible for front-end management of the restaurant and event coordination. Stacie has over 22 years experience in the restaurant business having worked with casinos, franchises and local independent owners.
