Two rising stars in local fine dining serve as chefs at 2Johns– John Montelepre II’s son, John, a Sous Chef, and most recently a Pastry Chef at Superior Steakhouse in Shreveport; and Josh Wilkinson, who trained at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona and is Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School certified, is a veteran of Café’ Citron, Squire Creek Country Club, and most recently as Executive Chef at Superior Steakhouse.

Both John and Josh have a passion for the exquisite preparation and presentation of their cuisine. Their passions have become the hallmark of the 2Johns dining experience.
